Originally from Michigan, Gail has lived and worked more than a dozen years across four countries in Central America. Her extensive experience with bankers, attorneys, developers, architects, contractors, and real estate professionals makes her advice invaluable.

Gail makes it her goal to show clients that investing in real estate in emerging markets can be fun and profitable. Her Radical Real Estate Investment Tour is renowned for its unique approach to investing in Central America’s most fascinating emerging markets.

For Gail, understanding the cultural, social, and business challenges unique to the region has always been an important component of success. Her seminar program, ‘Success in Central America’, offers a realistic view of the social, cultural, and professional differences foreigners face in the region. Implementing some of her team’s most valuable insights gleaned during many years in the region, Gail will teach you how to avoid the potential pitfalls you could face while choosing a second home or investment in the sun.

Gail has managed and consulted for real estate development projects in Belize, the Bay Islands of Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama. She has served on the Board of Directors for Grupo Del Sol, one of the region’s most successful real estate development groups, and has been instrumental in consulting and serving on the Board of Directors during the implementation of several Property Owners Associations throughout Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama.

She was Treasurer of the Pacific Riviera Developers Association in Nicaragua, and a founding member of the Sustainable Tourism Development Association of the Pearl Islands, and she now serves on the Real Estate Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Panama. Her consulting firm, Geerling & Moss, works with developers from concept to completion to help them design and market their projects successfully to the first world.
